Nova's travels 2014 will take us from Vineyard Sound, down Long Island Sound, across Manhattan on the Harlem River, up the Hudson River to the Champlain Canal, Lake Champlain, Richelieu River and Chambly Canal to Sorel, where we head east on the big St. Lawrence River, out to the Gulf of St. Lawrence, around the Gaspe Peninsula, over to Prince Edward Island, down the east coast of Nova Scotia, across the Bay of Fundy to Maine, USA, and down the New England Coast back to the Vineyard. Whew. I am trying to be organized, getting ready, but its not one of my stronger traits.
Here's the route we are taking, but not quite -- we will not divert over to Lake Ontario but go pretty much north from the Hudson River to Lake Champlain and on up to the St. Lawrence River -- cutting out that little jog to the left shown on the map.
