Beautiful historic 18th century village with well preserved homes dating to the 1700's -- many movies are made in Shelburne, which has a lovely harbor and handsome buildings.
They also had fuel, and there are not a lot of places to fuel up in this area and they were short of enough fuel to fill us up. We could have taken about 100 gallons more. Why there is such a shortage of diesel fuel in this area, I have no idea. We stayed only one night, had a nice walk through town, steak dinner on the boat. Quiet place.
